For standard products bought online, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day they receive the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact us by email or through the Contact Form before the 14-day period expires.
Any clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the order is sufficient. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required.
After you tell us that you withdraw, you generally have another 14 days to send the goods back. We will provide return instructions and the return address after receiving your message.
For ordinary withdrawal, photos are not required and you do not need to give a reason.
If a courier-office parcel is not collected, or a delivery is refused, we review the courier status, the order record, and any return costs before confirming refund timing, refund amount, or next steps. Courier status alone does not automatically finalize a refund, restock, or accounting decision.
For card-paid orders, any approved refund is returned through the original card payment where possible. For payment-on-delivery orders where no card payment was collected, there may be no card refund to issue; any amounts already paid or due are reviewed separately.
Please return items with their original packaging where possible. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop.
You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, including lighting, using, damaging, or over-handling a candle.
Unless we agree otherwise or the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods under the right of withdrawal. Return shipping, courier return fees, or legally permitted diminished-value deductions may affect the final refund amount where applicable.
